Terms of Service
These terms describe the authorized use of the private Game Sites Analytics utility.
1. Purpose
Game Sites Analytics is a private utility used to review Google Search Console and Google Analytics data for websites managed by its operator. It is not currently offered as a public or paid service.
2. Authorized use
The utility may be used only with Google accounts, Analytics properties, Search Console properties, and websites that the operator is authorized to access. It must not be used to obtain data or system access without permission.
3. Read-only operation
The utility is designed to request read-only Google permissions. It does not authorize modification of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, websites, DNS, hosting, or advertising systems.
4. Data responsibility
The operator is responsible for protecting local credentials, snapshots, and reports; maintaining appropriate permissions; reviewing generated conclusions; and complying with applicable Google terms and policies. Analytics reports may be incomplete, delayed, sampled, thresholded, or otherwise limited.
5. No warranty
The utility is provided for private operational use on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or fitness for a particular decision.
6. Google independence
Game Sites Analytics is independent from Google. It is not a Google product, is not endorsed or certified by Google, and does not represent Google.
7. Availability and changes
The operator may stop, suspend, or change the utility at any time. These terms may be updated when the utility or its authorized use changes. The last-updated date identifies the current version.
